Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after we receive your payment. Over weekends and holidays, it may be up to 48 hours before your shipment is sent out.

We use post or DHL with directions to drop-off your package without requiring a signature. If you prefer delivery by DHL Extra with a required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, but transport fees do vary according to total weight of the shipment. We highly advise you to group your items in one order in order to save on delivery charges. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot group separately placed orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Special care is taken to protect your order, and our boxes are amply sized and securely packed to make sure your items arrive safe and sound!
